Returns & Exchange Policy

·         Items are returnable 7 day from the day of receipt

·         Returns are accepted without an RMA #

·         All returned merchandise must be  in complete original manufacturer's packaging, 

          mint condition , with all accessories, tags, documentation and authenticity cards.

·         Items that include a registration card, must be unregistered.

·         Please inspect your purchase carefully upon receipt. Claims for damaged or missing items

          must   be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.

·         If any of the above conditions are not met, Agnam Designer Store  reserves the right to refuse

          the return or charge a restocking fee.

·         Defective items may be repaired or exchanged.

·         Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card, will only be made by crediting the

          account charged for the purchase.

·         Refunds on returned items which were paid for by check will be made by check after a 10-day

          waiting period from placement of the order.

·         Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

·         Return shipping is not reimbursed without prior approval.

·         We are not responsible for personal items left in returned merchandise.

·         We are not responsible for negligence or misuse of the product by the customer.

·         We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in return shipping.

• All returned merchandise must be in mint condition , in the original manufacturer's packing with all included items it originally shipped.
• You DON'T need to contact Customer Service for prior approval on returns when shipped back within 7 days of receipt, or 14 days for exchanges (excluding shipping time).
• All orders placed from now November 1^st, 2008 through December 24^th, 2008 can be returned up to January 7th 2009 without prior approval.

How to return an item

1. Please package the item being returned with all included items it was originally shipped.
2. 2) Package the item in a manner that it shouldn't get damaged during shipping.
3. Include a copy of your original packing slip, and fill out the "Return Form" in print.
4. Specify clearly in print the reason you are returning/exchanging the  item.
5. For your protection insure the package and ship regular shipping via a traceable method.

Refunds are usually processed within one week of receipt.
Expect a delay of up to one week on refunds for post Holiday returns.
Please allow up to 72 hours "thereafter" for the refund to reflect on your account.
For repairs, we will contact you with an estimate before making any repairs.
